Healthy Recovery is a healthy lifestyles group program. It was developed and trialled for people who are attending alcohol and other drug treatment. We are very keen for services and workers to use the program as part of routine care. All of the program materials, manuals, handouts, and videos are free to use and can be downloaded from our Dropbox right here.
Program manuals: Healthy Recovery was originally designed as an 8-session group program. There are two current versions of Healthy Recovery. The Closed Group Version and the Open Group Version.
The Closed Group Version involves delivering the 8-sessions sequentially (i.e. moving from session 1 to session 8). The program manual for this version can be downloaded from here: Healthy Recovery Group Manual (Closed group version) 2.2.19
The Open Group Version requires each participant to being the program with the ‘Introduction’, and then complete the 6 remaining sessions in any given order. The program manual for this version can be downloaded from here. Healthy Recovery Group Manual (Open group version) 2.02.19
